CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 486(FIN) "An Act relating to reclamation                                      
bonding and financial assurance for certain mines; relating to financial                            
assurance limits for lode mines; establishing the mine reclamation                                  
trust fund; and providing for an effective date" was read the second                                
time.                                                                                               
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis                             
objected.                                                                                           
                                                                                                    
President Therriault stated CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 486(FIN) will                                     
be on the May 5 calendar.
